The main food in Indochina Sails is Vietnamese traditional dishes made of local seafood. Besides, experienced cooks of Indochina sails will introduce other delicious dishes from beef, chicken with fresh local herbs and spices that give special taste you have never experienced before.
After an entire day on the sea conquering the Ha Long Bay with Kayak, being “lost” within the imposing scence of Doi Cave, impressed with Stalactites in Sung Sot cave….nothing is more enjoyable than taking part in an buffet party or choosing the dishes cooked by the 5 star hotel cooks from Hanoi with the fresh homeland seafood, together with your family, friends on the deck, or sipping a high-class glass of wine in the immensity of the blue sky, mysterious rocks and wide sea.
According to the availability, we organize traditional music show with local musical groups. Moreover, you can enjoy the most excellent films about Indochina with the big screen in the centre of the dining room, which bring you a broader view of this mysterious land.

You can easily have a glass of sudden inspired cocktail, or your favourite wine in the list of well-chosen and fairly complete types from famous wine producing countries such as France, America, Chile, Spain, Italy, Australia… In the evening, you can choose enjoying the excellent films or joinning the “Happy Hour” program : buy one get one free drink. The “Happy Hour” is from 9pm to 11pm everyday.
